Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the MatchITLab website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
MatchITLab provides AI automation consulting, implementation, and ongoing management services. Specific services, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work executed between MatchITLab and the client.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MatchITLab LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Custom work product delivered to clients is governed by the applicable service agreement.
Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms including but not limited to GoHighLevel, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, Twilio, and others. Use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. MatchITLab is not responsible for changes, outages, or policy changes by third-party providers.
Limitation of Liability
MatchITLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Payment Terms
Setup fees are due upon execution of the service agreement. Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in the service agreement or our 30-day performance guarantee terms.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, access to managed systems will be transitioned or deactivated according to the offboarding process.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
