AI-Powered Systems Disclosure
MatchITLab builds and deploys AI-powered automation systems on behalf of our clients. These systems may interact with your customers via voice calls, SMS, chat, and email. This disclosure explains how these AI systems operate and what you should expect when interacting with them.
AI Identity
AI agents deployed by MatchITLab are designed to be helpful and professional. In most implementations, AI agents will identify themselves when directly asked whether they are an AI or a human. Specific disclosure language is configured per client based on their preferences and applicable law.
Call Recording and Transcription
AI voice interactions may be recorded and transcribed for service delivery, quality assurance, and system improvement purposes. Where required by law, callers will be notified of recording at the start of the interaction.
Data Processing by AI Systems
AI systems process information you provide (name, contact details, inquiry details) to deliver the requested service. This information is stored in the client's CRM system and processed according to the client's privacy policy.
Limitations of AI Systems
AI systems are trained on specific business information and may not handle all situations perfectly. Edge cases, complex issues, or situations outside the AI's training scope will be escalated to human staff. AI systems are not a substitute for professional advice in medical, legal, financial, or other regulated areas.
Opting Out
If you do not wish to interact with AI systems, you may request to speak with a human representative. Depending on availability, a human may be connected immediately or you may be asked to leave a message for callback.
Third-Party AI Providers
MatchITLab's AI systems are powered in part by third-party AI providers including ElevenLabs (voice synthesis), OpenAI (language processing), and others. Use of these systems is subject to those providers' terms and policies.
